Woolgar & Turner Mortgages was founded by Patrick Woolgar who had a vision of creating a bespoke mortgage journey for customers. With some firms acting on outdated methods, Woolgar & Turner focuses on a more modern and streamlined, yet high quality service. The name Woolgar & Turner originated from the birth name for both Patrick’s mother and father, acknowledging that Patrick would not be the person he is today if it were not for the support and guidance that they have both provided him with.
With Patrick having spent several years in the industry, he felt that several firms were charging unjustifiably high fees, while not offering the service to support them. He felt there was space in the market for a company to offer the high quality service, whilst being fair to the customer on pricing.
Woolgar & Turner are experts in providing advice for all types of mortgages and clients, such as first time buyers, home movers, clients looking to re-mortgage and equity release. Quality advice can also be provided for relevant insurances that may be required, such as Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
Patrick has established himself in the Sussex area proving to be a breath of fresh air to the industry. Since qualifying in 2019, he has amassed clients across the country and afar, having clients based in Brighton up to Manchester, and across to Belfast, Northern Ireland.
