2 (25.04.1996) The land is subject to the following rights reserved by
the Transfer dated 4 March 1996 referred to above:-
"EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the Transferors and their successors in
title to the land now comprised in Title Number WSX158939 and each and
every part thereof ("the Retained Land")
(a) any easement or right of light air or otherwise which would
restrict or interfere with the free use of the Retained Land for
building or any other purpose and
(b) all rights of drainage light and support as may be necessary for
the continuance of such rights (if any) of drainage access of light and
support as may be at present enjoyed by the Retained Land and any part
thereof and all other easements or quasi easements (if any) at present
enjoyed by the Retained Land and
(c) the right to erect buildings on the Retained Land and to rebuild
alter and extend the existing buildings thereon and to carry on thereon
the existing and any other business in such manner and to such extent
as the Transferors could have done if they had remained the owners of
the Property notwithstanding that by the exercise of such rights the
enjoyment of the Property may be prejudiced by obstruction of light and
air or otherwise."
