We are now seeking an experienced Property Sales Agent to join our team.
We are in search of a customer service-oriented partner sales agent to complement our existing team. As a self-employed partner agent, you will benefit from earning a generous 75% of the generated fee!
The ideal candidate will possess similar experience and a solid understanding of the sales process, from initial valuation to sales completion. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with both vendors and purchasers, arranging viewings, conducting market appraisals, facilitating viewings, and skilfully negotiating sales.
Previous experience as an Estate Agent is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, including strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in IT, with prior experience using Estate Agency CRM systems.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and a natural talent for sales.
Well-spoken, well-presented, and professional in appearance.
Goal-oriented and ambitious, driven by targets.
Outstanding organizational skills with a strong emphasis on punctuality.
